Big security flaw in iOS 4.x

A reader of Mac Rumors found a security flaw in the new iOs 4.x. It appears that on iPhones protected by a passcode can make phone calls even without the passcode.
Here is the trick :
When you iPhone is locked with a passcode tap Emergency Call, then enter a non-emergency number such as ###. Next tap the call button and immediately hit the lock button. It should open up the Phone app where you can see all your contacts, call any number, text message and you can have access to the photos with the contact photos.
Personally I have 4.0.1 and it doesn't work for me.
